ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

I have been using the Iron browser for years, but I have recently come across a problem. Iron works fine on my computer when the network profile on my SurfacePro is set to "Public." However, I get "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED" when I switch the network profile to "Private." Can anyone help me with this?
