Change Tab icon ??

Hi, Can i change the colour of the 'Icon' of the tabs at bottom of my desktop screen ( Windows 7 ) ??
As the Current Blue . white circle. looks too similar to other open 'tabs' ??? I have made the Shortcut 'Icon' a ORANGE' colour to stand out .. wondered if i can get this on a 'Tab' view or similar ???
