In "about:flags" some descriptions are confusing:
For example, under "Hardware-accelerated video decode," the description says "Hardware-accelerated video decode where available" but there's a tag underneath that reads, "#disable-accelerated-video-decode."
so if I want to DISABLE harware-acceleration, should I enable it or disable it?
Same thing with Hyperlink-Auditing. If I DON'T want to send the pings, which should I choose (enable/disable)? Thanks!

Hi, Jane Ribbonss.
You are right, it is quite confusing at first glance. Playing around, I finally noticed that the tag below is just simply a link to that particular section. If you click on any of those tags you will notice that the address bar changes to chrome://flags/#enable-nacl, for example. The button is what you need to pay attention to, as it shows the state in which the option is currently in.
Cheers.
