Annoying pop-up?

Now then, guys:-
What's with this annoying 'clear cache, browsing history. etc; xxx records found, etc' pop-up that Iron 63 for Linux has suddenly taken to shoving in my face without warning?
I didn't ask for it.....and I certainly don't want it, thank you very much. So how do I get rid of/disable it, please?
Would this, by any chance, be hiding somewhere under 'chrome://flags'?
