How to send feedback/report an issue DIRECTLY in menu help?

Normally (from original Google Chrome) I can send a feedback DIRECTLY to Google Chrome team by selecting 3-dots-menu-help-send feedback resp. report an issue.
Again: I am not talking about Google Chrome forum/group but a direct notification.
This is not possible in Iron!
I don't find this menu.
Is "Help" menu removed ?
