Iron Portable not portable anymore...

I have been running four different Iron portable setups so I can have different bookmarks, saved passwords for sites, different usernames etc. Since I updated those folders today I lost all of the individual customization, everything migrated from my main Iron folder. Now all those profiles look the same, defeating the purpose of the portability. How can I fix this. It is a big problem as I have lost login information for many sites. What caused the cross copying?
