Iron Version 60.0.3150.1: How to config temp folder, incognito, etc.

I've been having a very difficult time finding ANYTHING on Google, Bing, Duck Duck, StartPage, et al, that will tell me ANYTHING about how to configure the latest version of SRWare Iron (Version 60.0.3150.1 (Developer Build) custom (64-bit)) to use a configuration file to specify:

1) --disk-cache-dir (Alternate temp folder)
2) --incognito (Starting Incognito)
3) --user-agent (User agent)
4) --ppapi-flash-path (Flash app location and version)

Even within the SRWare.net Forum there's very little guidance. Anyone else have the same perspective? Anyone else asking the same questions and, more importantly, are you finding answers? I would be most grateful for any info ANYONE has found in similar searches.
