Adblock.ini does not work (win7 32 and 64 bit + win8.1 64 bit); It seems completely hibernated ...... advertising at will. Would there be a solution?

Just installed v60, tried to run and my A/V stopped it with this error..

IDP Generic Infection in Chrome.exe

The forum is full of spam, main pages NOT updated and this happens.

uBlock Origin still works perfectly.

I prefer it because it's the lightest (https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock#performance), has a good support to Anti-AdBlock (https://reek.github.io/anti-adblock-killer/) and cloud sync
