Previously Iron only ate most of the memory, but that was manageable by rebooting Iron every 1-2 hours. Although at the end of the day the whole PC was pretty much unusable without a total reboot. Is this a common thing with Iron?
which cpu do you have?
which pages do you open?

PS: new version 55 coming soon will consume much less RAM
- AMD Phenom II X2 555.
- Oh the usual. Facebook, couple local news sites and some other random ones. Nothing that has caused this kind of trouble in the past. I've been browsing mostly the same sites for past 2 years at least now. But to tell you the truth, I've been experiencing some malfunctions especially on SWF sites such as FB games. I do update all the software I use, especially web-based.

New version? Sweet :)

@srware, would you consider integrating the 'direct open download' patch from taokaizen?
