Version 96.0.4900.0 crashes on macOS High Sierra v10.13.6. :(
Version 93.0.4750.0 works without any problem. :)

Hi paulmuller,

same here ...... I habe crashes with 96.0.4900.0..... it started for a few seconds and than closed the app automatically without any report.

What I do:
- deleted the Iron and the IronConfigBackup from the programm folder
- also I deleted all files including the subfolders from /Users/xxxxx/Library/Application Support/Chromium
- After that I restored the Datas from my TimeMachine backup ...... and it works with Version 93.xxxxxx

But this cannot be the solution for.

kind regards

Hi PaulMuller,

what I found out is that one of my installed extension cause this failure.
in my case it is "Checker Plus for Google Calendar"

as I do after my previous post was:
  • deactivate all my installed extensions (of course with Version 93.xxxxx)
  • make a IronConfigBackup
  • installing the Version 96.xxx
  • starting Version 96.xxxxx and activate step by step my installed extensions
this brings me to my result what I write above

Maybe this helps

kind regards
-Markus

Iron is unusable, it crashes endlessly, can't use it for two straight minutes.

Running Mojave.

BOD after around 2 minutes, crashing after 2,5 minutes. Even with a fresh install, no extensions.
