Tried that, but still being blocked...at both the download link as well the browser even being allowed to open on my desktop
Just submitted a Support Ticket to Sophos:
Your request for reassessment has been sent to the automated system. Please allow up to 5 business days for the reassessment to take place.
If you're a Sophos customer and require a formal response for urgent reclassification request, please open a technical support ticket.
I can't devote any more time to battling this. If you have another means of outreach, I'd appreciate it.
Meantime, I have no other choice but to use Chrome or another browser at the moment.
Next step is to change AV programs...again. An even bigger ass pain.
