If I install the resources.pak from newtapwithoutsearch my hyperlinks in emails no longer open iron. I reinstalled iron and did not use newtabwithout search and all is fine again. Just installed.

Had the problem with viewing pdf files (sad face) and downloads page (Awe snap!).

Reinstalled without changing resources.pak for new tab page and is fine.

Surprised this hasn't been fixed since reported over a month ago. I hope there is no illness.

Otherwise seems to work fine.

Having downloaded the new version and had it display PDFs yesterday today it does not work.

I downloaded and installed again. (64 bit)

It still does not work.

Just to confirm, checksums of the files match.

Same here. pdfs will not open in browser despite setting being correct. Can download.
(Works fine in firefox v63)
