I get the notification that plugins are blocked, while at the same time in settings I chose for "perform all content of plugins" (or something similar, I have it in Dutch).

How can I fix this problem?

How do I update my current SRWare Iron browser (version 18.0.1050.0)? Just install the new version and it will overwrite the files?

I'm using Adblock (Fanboy's Adblock list for SRWare Iron). That must be the reason why the browser doesn't fully pass the test.
