Having a problem with Metro mode in Windows 8.
When I click settings and then "Relaunch Chrome in Metro Mode", I get the following error (see attached picture).
Also, shouldn't that option actually say "Relaunch Iron in Metro Mode"?
Thanks,

ARM/Metro Iron?
What are SRWare's plans for an ARM/Metro Iron client?
I know Chromium will eventually have a Metro client that installs side by side with the desktop client (this is already available in x86 dev channel).
I'd love to have Iron on my SurfaceRT!
Thanks for all the work.

Or simply "Program Files" if you're on a 32-bit system, though I would have to ask, "Why?" ;) If you have <= 4GB of RAM then there's no excuse to have a 64-bit OS :!: Actually, even at 4GB or below, there are still many benefits to running a (Windows) box with a 64-bit OS: http://msdn.microsoft.com...

Oops. Here's a quick update to account for a race condition where you can get a null error while updating.

Re: Install/Update Powershell scripts for Windows SRWare Iro
Hello Iron Users,
I've updated my PowerShell scripts to make them a little more friendly and robust:
- Checks to see if Iron is currently running and gives the option to shut it down before updating Iron/Adblock.
- Displays the version of the Adblock definition after update.

Re: Install/Update Powershell scripts for Windows SRWare Iro
Thanks, I'll take a look at them to see if I want to replace mine. Yeah, they don't do anything with custom filtering, etc like that; very simple. I just wanted to way to update Iron and/or Adblock quickly on my own machines without having to DL, install, overwrite adblock, etc. I was going to make...

Install/Update Powershell scripts for Windows SRWare Iron
Hey, Not sure how much anyone needs them, but here are some simple scripts (attached) I created to keep my Windows machines quickly up to date with new versions of Iron and Adblock.ini (from http://www.fanboy.co.nz/iron.html ). They should work with any x64/x86 XP/2003/Vista/2008/Win7/R2 install tha...

Re: Google updater
I think I can answer this one. If you've used video chat in gmail ever, you have this updater as well. Gmail uses it to keep the video plugin for gmail up to date. I'm sure there are other ways gmail can install this updater, but that's the only google functionality I use when in gmail. I have never...

64-bit Flash for Win is here; Iron Win64 soon?
Hello,
Seems like the two big plugins finally are here for 64-bit Windows browsers (Java, Flash).
64-bit Flash for Win/Lin/OSX: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/
Will we finally be seeing a 64-bit Iron executable for Windows?
Thanks!
