For Yahoo Mail, if you use this extension and tell it to spoof Mac Safari 7 it will look correct:

Tell the User-Agent-Switcher addon to use Mac Safari 7 on Yahoo.com and it will allow Yahoo mail to function correctly.
If you dont want to install the addon perhaps ...

The issue still remains. It didn't fix the Yahoo! Mail issue.
Did you try other chrome based browsers to test if they have the same yahoo mail issue? Maybe is not a browser issue, but Yahoo issue. I have a feeling that big giant of the past long ago stopped to develop. Maybe you also have to ...
