Re: New Iron-Version: 118.0.6000.0 Stable for Windows

After installing 118 it reset my search preference to "Bing" (ugh) and also I see "Iron isn't your default browser" every day which I thought I had fixed. I tried re-installing by running the installer as administrator, which is a suggested fix but it's still the same. I was able to reset the search...

Re: version 115 and "most visited"

yes that's what mine said, I don't know why it didn't all get cut and pasted :)

Also, it seems "customise chrome" doesn't work. I tried that in actual Chrome and was able to turn on most-visited links.

Chrome seems to be Version 116.0.5845.111

version 115 and "most visited"

after updating to 115, most visited sites don't appear on the home screen/new tab, instead I get this: chrome-search://most-visited/single.html?title=Most%20visited&removeTooltip=Don%27t%20show%20on%20this%20page&enableMD=1&enableCustomLinks=1&addLink=Add%20shortcut&addLink Is this a Theme issue? or...

Re: 111.0.5650.0 64 bit and Netflix

Having contacted Netflix, it appears that Iron is not supported. I could get no real sense about how that might be resolved, but I requested that it be reported as an issue. Doubtless nothing will happen :(

Re: 111.0.5650.0 64 bit and Netflix

Looks like Chrome and MS Edge are now version 112. I'm guessing the Netflix error is a variation on "your browser is out of date" or maybe there's some new function in chrome 112 which Netflix is using. Either way, I can't watch Netflix except by running Edge, which I dislike, although since it's ch...

111.0.5650.0 64 bit and Netflix

Since updating to the latest Windows version I can't play any Netflix titles. Other stuff like Youtube works fine. The Netflix error that I get can refer to an outdated browser although Netflix's errors aren't exactly explanatory nor well explained. The error code is M7121-1331. If I run Chrome-Edge...

"recently used" items on home screen

ON my home screen are 8 "recently used" items, but they don't seem to update: It's using some from a while ago.

Anyone know how to make those update? I find the feature useful, but increasingly it's out of date as some things I no longer use are still on it.

Re: New Iron-Version: 96.0.4900.0 Stable for Windows

Having an issue with Sync. When I try to turn on sync in settings, it asks me to logon, then immediately closes the settings tab without enabling sync. I'm also having to logon every time I access, for example, gmail. I don't believe I set it to behave like that and it wasn't behaving like that in v...

Re: Weird youtube behavior?

Until today, adding youtube.com to "clear cookies and data when closing window" has worked to keep youtube working. However, today some link or other must have set the problem cookie (if that's what it is) again.

gonna have to manually reset it again I suppose.
