Re: New Iron-Version: 96.0.4900.0 Stable for Windows
@Ans. Maybe you should delete (or rename for testing) the folder User Data in Appdata\local\chromium. The folder is recreated automatically. You can rename the previous one back if you renamed it for testing.

Re: New Iron-Version: 96.0.4900.0 Stable for Windows
Thanks for the new version. 95 seems to be skipped. Bravo.
The youtube and instagram problems seem to be fixed.
The passwords and cookies that were unreachable after I downgraded to version 93 seem to be back as well.

Re: New Iron-Version: 94.0.4800.0 Stable for Windows
And a few days ago Instagram stopped working. Only a white screen with a gray Insta logo.
Really tried everything but nothing worked. Went back to version 93.... Instagram and Youtube run well again.

Re: Weird youtube behavior?
Markus, I just took a random video from Youtube, copied the URL to the clipboard and created a shortcut on the desktop.... Crash Then I wanted to test or this happens with all videos. I tried your solution on 4 PC's (Wndows 8.1 and 3x Windows 10) but stangely enough that didn't work (anymore) when I...

Re: Iron Config & Backup Tool
Is it possible that the error described above is raised when the size of User Data is more than 2GB?
The size was 2,2 GB and for some reason the size is 1,9GB today and now backup works fine....

Re: New Iron-Version: 94.0.4800.0 Stable for Windows
As I wrote above it seems that it is not necessary to delete the cookies. You can just block them as www.youtube.com

Re: Weird youtube behavior?
That's crazy. Just after I wrote the comment above, after 50 times through the bookmarks with only 1 crash, Iron keeps crashing when I try to start Youtube through the bookbarks within Iron. So alas your solution does not work anymore. Maybe because I once used a crashing link to test... Back to blo...

Re: Weird youtube behavior?
A good solution MarkusH. Thanks. Works most of the time. Channel subscriptions are kept which is not the case if one blocks cookies.
But when you open a youtube video through a link, Iron still crashes.

Re: New Iron-Version: 94.0.4800.0 Stable for Windows
It seems to be enough to just block the use of cookies of www.youtube.com as described above...
I guess Youtube introduced a new (kind) of cookie last week. A cookie that version 94 can't handle properly.
