6 months later, no replies, and I'm having the same problem. Apparently nobody cares that this browser doesn't work.

Well, I was very excited to find a build of Chrome minus all the Google entanglement, but Iron failed the very first test: out of the box, it cannot load any web pages, it just keeps telling me the site can't be contacted, while every other browser on my computer is loading websites just fine.
