I fixed it: it didn't have the right grant to update components. I changed its properties to run it as administrator and it was able to update everything.

Hi, I'm trying to watch netflix, but I always get an error: "missing component", asking me to update WidevineCdm component.
I tried to update it from chrome://components/ page, but I was unable to (nothing really happen).
Any suggestions?
