Nachdem man mit dem Updater Plugin immer aktuell bleibt und auch die installierten Erweiterungen beim Update nicht mehr verschwinden, wollte ich einfach mal danke sagen für eine sinnvolle kostenfreie Alternative zum Chrome Browser

Sorry, I think I have to finally stop using Iron or recommend it to anyone. It's just too annoying to loose all installed extensions and their settings (and the Chrome settings too) on every update and I don't understand why nobody at SRWware is responding to this problem or just changes some lines ...

I just tried out the new updater extension, but still the same problem. The folders in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Chromium\User Data\Default\Extensions always get deleted by the update. Thank you so much for this long awaited feature! If it wasn't the fact that I loose all my installed extensions and browser settings every time I update, I'd be totally happy with using Iron. I reported that problem a few times without any response

By downloading and installing the new version from your website. As far as I know there is no other option, or is there?

This hasn't been a problem in older versions of Iron and is REALLY annoying, so could you please fix this? If you need more information, please tell me.

Once again I just updated to the latest version of Iron and all extension are gone again...

What do you mean by "reconfigure your settings"?
