Started immediately after updating to v49. I added no extensions since January at least.

I have a similar problem on v 49 with battle.net sign in. It accepts the password, and instead of asking for the authentication code it goes back to prompt for a password. This worked fine on all previous versions of Iron I've used, though I update infrequently so I am not sure if it broke in 48, 47...
