I have only 2 problems with this version;

-360p only on yt, but that can be easily solved by using ua.ini
and
-iron notifications - i want to get rid of it, I disable it in settings and tried via about:flags but can't, please help

Thanks ironuser, mapx. I followed your instructions and created new profile (few of them actually) and no tooltips. I also tried: incognito mode, ver 23.0... portable, uninstalling extensions(I have only AdBlock), deleting cashe/cookies.., reinstaling iron but ver 23 just doesnt show tooltips on my ...
