Unable to Make Ixquick Default Search Engine

I have tried to manually go in and choose Ixquick as my default search engine by adding it but once added the button that allows you to choose it as the default search engine is shaded and cannot be chosen. There is also a site which allows you to download a plugin making ixquick your default search engine but this button too does not work. On a side note I tried downloading the plugin on firefox (it automatically gives you the plugin for firefox when you use the firefox browser to get there, and it worked just fine so it's something about chrome/iron). Does anyone know of a way to bypass either of these methods so that I can make ixquick my default browser? Thanks!

Works fine for me. However, for best search results, use www.scroogle.org or https://ssl.scroogle.org
