Unable to delete iron after win7 install

I installed win 7 over vista and since have gotten a profile access error when a program launches the browser.

Have tried to delete/reinstall several times, but it appears there is an old data file that never gets deleted, and then points to a bad profile location/there is a rights issue when the launch is made by a program instead of a direct console launch?

Anyway, I can see that everything is not deleted on uninstall, because my home page and book marks come back.

How do I delete everything, so I can try a clean install? I have used cc-clean on the registry, no help there.

To do a clean install, erase everything from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Chromium\
