Yet another release from SRWare that simply does not work out of the box.

For Ubuntu 12.04.3 Precise I had to:

1) Install libudev1 from raring: http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring/libudev1
2) Rename /usr/share/iron/chrome_sandbox to chrome-sandbox
3) chmod 4755 chrome-sandbox
4) cp -r /opt/google/chrome/nacl_* /usr/share/iron/

(Step 4 requires a current google-chrome installed from google)

Given that SRWare clearly does not test its .deb packages, since these issues have been present for a dozen Iron/Chromium versions now, I begin to wonder whether the the promised security features of this browser are tested either.

Yes, the link for the 32-bit Debian version is broken; please fix it. (The 64-bit Debian version seems to be OK.)

Nevermind, the post says "32-bit packages will come later." (I am not sure why there are links to them if they don't exist.)

Cool; the download page on https://www.srware.net/en/software_srwa ... wnload.php just needs to be updated. The Linux download link still points to the September version of the Iron browser.

I'm trying to install iron64.rpm onto a fresh Fedora 20 cloud installation.
The installation fails during the resolving dependencies phase, returning the error: "Failed to install file. Two packages provide the same file. This is usually due to mixing packages from different software sources."
Is there any solution for that?
anybody has the same problem?

Thanks in advance
