Google Start extension location problem

I've problem with https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... lnbglcdgfh

It can't get my location and show Moscow April 22, 2013 (perhaps using locale of system). In Chrome it works perfect.

Iron-Version: 28.0.1550.1 Stable for Windows portable.

Geo-location allowed.
