Deleting Plug-in Data Automatically

Post by janeribbonss »

Hi! I downloaded the version 21.0.1200.0 for Windows, but can't
find "Clear cookies and other site and plug-in data when I close
my browser" setting anywhere. Is it just me or is the function
really gone? I've installed the latest version of flashplayer, btw.

I know I could delete plug-in data manually through the History
setting, but I really need to do it automatically (when I close
my browser)." Help, please. :)

you can delete the cookies

chrome://chrome/settings/content

Keep local data only until I quit my browser

I use the Click & Clean extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... mamedcbeod

Be careful to revise all the options, as it can delete more than wanted.

That's just ordinary cookies.
Plug-in data (Flash cookies, etc) won't be deleted automatically with the setting.

Thanks for the info. :) I didn't see your post when I replied above.

I just hope the function will be added on a new version of Iron soon! :)
