Adblock for chrome now available for Iron's page?

Today I've seen on SRWare Iron extension's page adblock for chrome (I think it's the same). Personally, I just need a button to manage the file adblock.ini (up-to-date and white list). Is it possible to do this kind of extension for SRWare iron

adblock.ini cannot be updated while SRWare Iron is running
