Install Adobe Flash Bar Constantly dropping & lifting page

Hope future versions of Iron manage to prevent the Abode Install Bar from appearing constantly above the viewing window.
Having what your reading constantly moving down (as the Adobe suggestion appears) and then up (as it disappears) is not clever!
Suggest: Such invitations are placed at the bottom of any page.
Or better still completely removed from any web page, placed in the customise menu, if you must....
