I have Windows 8 64-bit. Extensions are:

FB Purity

X-Notifier
I use the portable version of iron thorugh Portable Apps on my computer, because for some reason, my computer does not like desktop browsers. I've switched to Iron because the portable FF is just too slow and cumbersome anymore.
Anyway, Iron keeps freezing on me, causing me to manually shut down the computer. This happens especially when I leave the computer for awhile and come back, or when I am on social sites like Facebook. I have to be on social sites as part of my job, so this is a serious problem. One reason I quit FF was because it won't run Facebook properly at all after hours and hours of tweaking it and disabling nearly all my extensions.
Also, if I put my computer to sleep for the night instead of shutting it down, with Iron up, it goes to a blue screen instead of booting, and I have to manually shut it down and reboot.
I know these are odd problems, but maybe there is a simple solution. I just downloaded the desktop version to see if it works any better.
