Lost extensions etc on upgrading Iron Portable

Iron portable Version 42.0.2250.1 (downloaded from https://www.srware.net/en/software_srwa ... wnload.php)
I'm a new user (been using Iron portable for about a week) so I'm hoping I havent missed anything obvious (or done anything stupid...)
I downloaded the latest portable version this evening, and copied the contents of the zipped IronPortable folder into my local IronPortable folder.
When I started IronPortable.exe, it went to a startpage of http//iron-start.com; all extensions had disappeared, also all history & my modified settings.
I'm hoping the extensions are still there somewhere (in particular I had one that saved sessions), but dont see anything obvious...
Can anyone help?
