Iron bookmarks and history to Firefox

I have Iron and Firefox. I don't have Chrome. I wan't to import Iron bookmarks and history (and maybe also cookies and certificates) to Firefox. So I tried this:
Go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Chromium\ and copy the User Data folder.
Then go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\ and create a new folder Chrome. Go to that Chrome folder and paste the User Data folder that was earlier copied.
Launch Firefox. Ctrl-shift-B to open Library, then Import and Backup, then Import data from another browser.
Cool, there's now Chrome! select that and then next etc.
It seems like it copied something, but it didn't. Any tips?
