I've used SRWare's IP-secrets.com spy check and was shocked to see it can actually check if I visited certain websites. I checked the sourcecode (sp.js) and also searched the web to find how it works and how it can be prevented, but with no luck.
I have the following extensions in my LATEST VERSION Iron browser: HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock (Adblock-equivalent), uMatrix (NoScript/ScriptSafe equivalent).
What I did find out:
[*] It can only detect the info if I visited a website using HTTP, if I visit in HTTPS it won't detect.
[*] It can actually read my browser history and it's not cookie-related. Checked it by deleting specific types of browsing data.
