"C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron (64-Bit)\chrome.exe" --ppapi-flash-path=C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer32_17_0_0_169.dll --ppapi-flash-version=17.0.0.169

as instructed. Every time I click on shortcut, Iron opens with two tabs .. at

http://--ppapi-flash-path%3Dc/Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash/pepflashplayer32_17_0_0_169.dll
http://--ppapi-flash-version%3D17.0.0.169/

respectively ... and "This webpage is not available".

Could someone maybe point out the problem? Thank you in advance.
You must use pepflashplayer64 not 32.

Should be already installed. Just change the shortcut

I have exactly the same problem.
I use the 32bit Version of Iron, my shortcut is
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SRWare Iron\chrome.exe" --ppapi-flash-path=C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer32_17_0_0_169.dll --ppapi-flash-version=17.0.0.169

It opens 2 tabs with
--ppapi-flash-path=C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer32_17_0_0_169.dll
and
--ppapi-flash-version=17.0.0.169
and flash isn't working.
PPAPI flash doesn't show in chrome://plugins, and if I enable NPAPI, the browser crashes on every site with flash.

Could you try

"C:\Program Files (x86)\SRWare Iron\chrome.exe" --ppapi-flash-path="C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer32_17_0_0_169.dll" --ppapi-flash-version="17.0.0.169"

instead?

Sorry to be dense. Could you possibly be (very) specific? The announcement seems to be all 32 bit info .. I am 64 bit all the way. I only have the announcement to go by, ... and I don't see what I am missing. Thank you again.
In the announcement it says
(Flash for 64-Bit Iron lies in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash, you have to change dir if used)
so your shortcut should be:
"C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron (64-Bit)\chrome.exe" --ppapi-flash-path="C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer64_17_0_0_169.dll" --ppapi-flash-version="17.0.0.169"

but I can't try, since I'm not using 64bit

WacoJohn wrote:Apparently, I had two problems. Error in the shortcut (fixed) but there is no file pepflashplayer64_17_0_0_169.dll ... only C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer32_17_0_0_169.dll

Need to somehow obtain the 64-bit. Following the announcement instructions ... did not end up with it ... apparently.
http://get.adobe.com/de/flashplayer/otherversions/
Then try to get it from here. Choose PPAPI from a 64-Bit Browser Session
