Re: Unable to sign in
Hi sharpcroft, I had the same problem with a new installation of Iron 41.0.2200.0 (64 bit).
I solved using once the exe file of ActivateSync (you can find it in the Iron's installation folder) to open the browser, than if you log in it would works.
Good luck!

Re: Unable to sign in
Found a work around, download iron portable, launch it using the Activatesyncportable.exe and sign in (should sign in without a problem). Close the browser, go to your INSTALLED version of Iron folder, click on activatsync.exe which will launch Iron, you should now be able to sign in without error.
This has worked on 3 systems with the same log-in error

Re: Unable to sign in
I think the same problem affects a lot of Iron program versions.
try to use ActivateSync.exe at first in program dir or just create a shortcut to your Iron exe file and add
--user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.101 Safari/537.36"
at the end of the full way of this exe file.
