V39 flash not working SOLUTION

I noticed that flash isn't working on iron v39
other people complained as well on this forum. the reason it isn't working is because of how flash is integrated into chrome, iron is just a recompiled chrome but it is missing proprietary tech such as that.
in order to play flash in iron you need to copy the folder called "PepperFlash" from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\39.0.2171.99\
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\SRWare Iron\
