Changing the User-Agent permanently in portable Iron 38

I need to change user-agent in the latest Iron (due to the new Google Inbox) permanently.
This does not work:
IronPortable.exe --user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2050.0 Safari/537.36"
It seems like IronPortable is not parsing it right when there are spaces.
UA.ini does not work either - it is being ignored no matter where I put it.
Note:
I am also using these parameters --ignore-certificate-errors --test-type --disk-cache-size=100 --disk-cache-dir=Temp
