can't get http protocol to work

i have changed many registry values but i still can't open http links in windows explorer with srware iron x64. i don't know why because other associations i got them to change through the registry, but this is protocol.
in windows default programs it's set like this:
name: http
description: chromium html document
default application: application unknown
when i click change programs, a blank window list appears and i can't do nothing.
