Profile error in dual-boot

Hi, I use Iron both on Linux (Mint 17) and Windows (7 Ultimate) in dual-boot on the same computer.

For convenience in both operating systems Iron accesses the same profile, but it happens the following annoying fact: if I open Windows after Linux, or vice versa, Iron loses all extensions and saved passwords. Then I have to restore them, but following the next cross-opening they are lost again.

Any suggestions to resolve the issue?
