Latest Flashplayer Install Problems

Hello, i have iron 36 installed and can't seem to get either iron or chrome browser to show that flash is installed i have secunia personal software inspector on this machine and it keeps telling me i don't have the latest version installed. So when i go to adobe website to install flashplayer it tells me i have, the latest version installed on this machine. I know chrome is supposed to install flashplayer automatically, and iron seems not to do this, and chrome is not adding it either. And by the way flashplayer is working on this computer can anyone tell me what's going on? Thanks Rick
