Installing Flash plugin for Iron Portable

Hi,
I'm using Iron Portable and I wonder how and where to install the Flash plug-in.
As I'm using a locked down computer in my office that does not allow me to install software freely, I wonder if there's a way for me to enable Flash without using the plug-in installer when prompt, since I do not know where it tries to write the plug-in files and whether it tries to modify the registry. I read an article at http://www.coderetard.com/2008/10/22/ho ... le-chrome/ that explains how to copy the Flash plug-in files to the %USER_PROFILE%\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins folder to get Flash working.
I wonder if I can do the same for Iron Portable by simply copying the Flash plug-in files to the right folder. And which folder do I copy them to?
