Video plugins for portable version?

I use the portable version of Iron on a computer where I do not have administrator privileges.
Because I do not have administrator privileges, I cannot install Quicktime or Flash on this computer. But I can run a portable version of VLC Media Player.
Is there a way to get Iron portable to use VLC portable automatically to play embedded Flash or Quicktime movies?
