according to http://www.youtube.com/html5
Iron supports VP9

What iron doesn't support is H.264 (which google chrome does)

And adding support for H.264 is planned? Is not already included because it was recently added to Chrome?

I also want to thank the programmers who make SRWare possible everyday :D

H264 is a propriatery codec.
SRWare is based on chromium, which is the open source portion of chrome.
H264 support was actually added to chrome years ago, before VP8 was bought and released by google and well before VP9 even existed.
