URL's in Outlook 2013

I have had a problem with SRWare Iron for a few versions now.
When I click on a URL in an Outlook 2013 message, nothing happens. Iron does not launch. I can click, double click, right click and choose Open Hyperlink. Nothing opens. I did not have this problem with IE was my default browser. Is there something I do not have configured properly?
