Command Line Switches when opening from external links.

Hello and thanks for Iron.
I'd like to know if is there a way to make Iron enable command line switches when opening as default browser from external apps.
In my shortcut I have "--enable-accelerated-2d-canvas --enable-accelerated-filters -incognito", and when I click on that shortcut, the switches are enabled.
But when I click on a link that opens Iron, those switches are not there.
Anyway to make Iron enable them??
