Bookmark Manager links oddity (Version 29.0.1600.1 portable)

In Version 29.0.1600.1 (220100) (portable), I have spotted an oddity... probably a bug, to wit: In Bookmark Manager, if I left-single-click on an item to highlight it, then if I move down a few links and left-double-click on a whole new, further-down item, it is the earlier left-single-clicked-upon and highlighted item that actually opens.
Said another way: If any item in a list or pageful of bookmarks in Bookmark Manager has been left-single-clicked-upon so that it is highlighted, then only that item will open even if some other link on that pageful of bookmarks is left-double-clicked-upon.
Said yet a third way: On a given pageful of items in Bookmark Manager, only an item which has first been left-single-clicked-upon in order to highlight it may be opened by left-double-clicking.
