Latest adblock.ini (Adblocker rules/filters)?

Where can I download latest adblock.ini (Adblocker rules/filters; for EU region)?
or
How can I improt patterns.ini rules (from FireFox Adblock Plus) to adblock.ini?
(patterns.ini = EasyList + AdblockList.org rules)
Is there any tool that can do it?

there isnt an updated adblock.ini
fanboy dismissed such an iron list
so, for now, it's better to use adblock plus extension

I cant say adblock plus is the only way. It sux and it sux big time.More ram,unstable chrome,many flash errors. So adblock.ini makes a real difference for me.
I packed some adblock.ini files that i use on my iron portable browsers(yeah i use more than one) The smallest adblock ini is my preferance.

your files are very very old
sure, you can maintain your personal filters and use adblock.ini
I have no problems (chrome unstable, flash errors) using ABP. Sure, ABP is using 60-80 MB. But you will have the possibility to block any new ad, to hide some css (adblock.ini cant hide css elements). And also, you will have the updated lists.
