First time i opened a web page i noticed that the font size is very small and not as set on my Monitor display settings.
Why is that and how do i rectify it so I am able to see what is written?

Click the "tool' icon, the three bars in the upper right. Select 'Settings'.
Then select 'Show Advanced Settings' at the bottom.
Then look for 'Web Content' section.
There are tools there to set font types(Custom Fonts), font size(s), and zoom.
