Error code 0x80070005

Hello,
After starting my computer today, Iron had ceased to start, no matter what I did.
I had therefore decided to uninstall and reinstall this browser, hoping it would fix the error, sadly this has brought upon another problem, as the installation ends I get the following error "IPersistFile::Save has Failed ; code 0x80070005".
After this, once the error box is closed, Iron looks to be installed from the files on my computer that is, but alas, the browser still won't start, as a matter of fact I have observed with the task manager that the process won't even start, so it isn't stuck on going on, it just doesen't even try.
I beg for your help, as this brower has always been satisfactory,

delete your profile and then reinstall

for iron is (windows 7 for example)
