Meta Refresh

Hello I am new to Iron and here so if this post is in the wrong place I apologize , as I said I'm new to Iron but it instantly became my favorite browser with the exception of the constant refreshing I have searched the forum and found several complaints about it and saw someone say "you could use privoxy or proxomitron and set a filter to remove the meta refresh header" so I have downloaded Privoxy and now need some instructions on how to set the filter to remove the meta refresh , I'd appreciate any help on this , Thank you
